Short Film "Man In The Mirror" by 1takemedia Short Film "Man In The Mirror" The film challenges the notion of blind conformity through the metaphor of a man's image in the mirror. a guy searches his self on the mirror but in vain. the self on one hand is infinite and on the other hand doesn't exist at all. our own image which we are so sure of is a construct of society, media, films ,etc. this film originates from jacques lacan's mirror image and celebrates the idea of multiplicity and uncertainty. the meaning of the film is nothing. i who made it cannot be sure of it ...perhaps this is the idea of the film.
