It’s never belonged to just one culture, but has hosted civilizations ranging from the Hittites, Persians and Greeks to the Armenians, Romans and Ottoman Turks–to name a few. Photographer Mustafa Dedeoğlu from Istanbul conveys the vibrant culture and beauty of this area in his collection of black-and-white photos entitled Anatolian.
