A foreign tourist, middle-aged man with his daughter and an Indian tourist guide passing by the roadside see the damaged Gandhi statue.They look at the statue rudely shocked and ask the man who runs the waste mart as to why the statue of Mr.Gandhi was abandoned there without care or respect.
